The Sorrento's grey chimney and crisp white body create a balanced, understated appearance that sits comfortably among pale paving, contemporary furniture and neutral garden landscaping. The built-in metal firebox is lined around the cooking zone with granite tiles, helping protect the masonry immediately behind and beneath the fire. A steel cooking grill can be positioned at four different heights, allowing greater control over the distance between food and the heat source.
Suitable for charcoal or correctly seasoned dry firewood, this masonry barbecue supports everything from straightforward grilling to slower, more social outdoor cooking. The chimney-style upper structure helps give the unit the presence of an outdoor fireplace while the open firebox keeps the cooking area accessible. Delivery, base and assembly considerations
With an assembled weight of approximately 450kg, this product requires careful access planning, safe manual handling and a suitably engineered, level and non-combustible foundation. It is delivered in separate sections and must be assembled in its final position in accordance with the supplied instructions. Check the complete route from the delivery point to the installation area, including gateways, steps, corners and surface strength, before ordering.
Fuel and temperature guidance
Use only dry, kiln-dried or properly seasoned untreated wood, or suitable barbecue charcoal. Do not burn house coal, smokeless fuel, wet or green timber, painted wood or treated timber. Excessive firing can damage the granite tiles, masonry, metal components and surface finish. Outdoor cooking does not require an uncontrolled roaring fire: build heat gradually and regulate the grill position to suit the food. Natural weathering, minor surface changes and heat-related discolouration can occur with outdoor masonry products. Allow the unit to cool fully before cleaning or covering it.

Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, we may place a temporary pre-authorisation on your payment method to verify funds. Your card will only be charged once your order has been confirmed as available and ready for dispatch.
Following your order, we will contact our supplier to confirm stock availability. If the item is available, we will process your payment and dispatch your order.
If there is any delay (for example, if an item is on backorder or unavailable), we will void the authorisation and contact you using the details provided.
Order Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days, subject to stock availability.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email within 24 hours. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at info@beechandmaple.co.uk.
All deliveries are kerbside only, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is safe and suitable access for delivery.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered.
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@beechandmaple.co.uk so we can assist and, where applicable, raise a claim with the supplier or courier.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel:
- Before dispatch: we will cancel and issue a full refund
- After dispatch: you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item

Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in a resalable condition

- Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. The refund will be for the product(s) only, not any shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
