Refund policy

 

Damages

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@beechandmaple.co.uk so we can assist and, where applicable, raise a claim with the supplier or courier.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel:

  • Before dispatch: we will cancel and issue a full refund
  • After dispatch: you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item

Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.


Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in a resalable condition
  • Unused and not installed
  • Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@beechandmaple.co.uk. Return address will be provided after contacting customer services. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order products (including special finishes or colours)
  • Personalised items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Installed or used appliances

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing at info@beechandmaple.co.uk. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. The refund will be for the product(s) only, not any shipping costs. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@beechandmaple.co.uk.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos where possible

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act.
