About This Stove
The Hobbit SE Stove is the DEFRA exempt version of the popular Hobbit Stove, designed for customers who need a small wood burning stove suitable for UK Smoke Control Areas. It keeps the same compact cast iron design as the standard Hobbit while adding smoke exempt approval, making it a strong option for urban homes, smaller fireplaces, shepherd huts, canal boats, cabins and garden rooms where clean, efficient heating is required.
The Hobbit Stove is a compact 4.1kW cast iron wood burning and multi-fuel stove, built for smaller spaces where a full-size stove would be too large. It's one of the UK's most sought-after compact wood burning and multi-fuel stoves, designed for customers who need dependable heat in smaller spaces. Despite its compact size, the Hobbit delivers the look and warmth of a traditional stove while offering modern efficiency and clean-burning performance.. Its compact footprint makes it a popular choice where larger appliances simply won't fit, while its impressive efficiency helps maximise heat output from every fuel load.
