About This Outdoor Stove
The Pollen Hive Weave is a four-sided outdoor heater designed to showcase the fire from virtually every direction.
Rather than positioning the flame within an open bowl, the Hive raises it into a tall glazed chamber where Pollen's engineered airflow creates a distinctive cyclonic flame. Four clear sides allow guests around the heater to enjoy the same uninterrupted view, while the air system is designed to help keep the glazing clean during use.
The Weave version introduces a geometric woven pattern to the lower log-store panels, adding texture without distracting from the clean glazed firebox above.
At 1,118mm high, and approximately 3,061mm overall including the flue, the Hive has the scale of a genuine piece of outdoor architecture rather than a portable patio heater.

Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, we may place a temporary pre-authorisation on your payment method to verify funds. Your card will only be charged once your order has been confirmed as available and ready for dispatch.
Following your order, we will contact our supplier to confirm stock availability. If the item is available, we will process your payment and dispatch your order.
If there is any delay (for example, if an item is on backorder or unavailable), we will void the authorisation and contact you using the details provided.
Order Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days, subject to stock availability.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email within 24 hours. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at info@beechandmaple.co.uk.
All deliveries are kerbside only, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is safe and suitable access for delivery.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered.
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@beechandmaple.co.uk so we can assist and, where applicable, raise a claim with the supplier or courier.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel:
- Before dispatch: we will cancel and issue a full refund
- After dispatch: you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item

Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:

- Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
