About This Fire Pit
The Pollen Hex Small is a compact outdoor fire pit engineered to provide the atmosphere of an open fire while dramatically reducing the smoke normally associated with traditional fire pits.
Its distinctive hexagonal body contains a double-wall airflow system. Fresh air feeds the fire from below to help establish a strong burn, while additional oxygen travels through the heated outer structure and enters higher in the chamber. This secondary airflow helps re-burn smoke before it escapes, creating a hotter and cleaner fire.
At approximately 453mm wide and 424mm high, the Small Hex is particularly well suited to compact patios and seating areas. Its integrated tabletop concept also allows the appliance to become part of the outdoor furniture arrangement when the fire is not in use.
Rather than simply being a decorative fire bowl, the Hex has been engineered using the combustion knowledge behind Hunter's indoor appliances, giving it a much more considered approach to airflow, performance and everyday usability.

Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, we may place a temporary pre-authorisation on your payment method to verify funds. Your card will only be charged once your order has been confirmed as available and ready for dispatch.
Following your order, we will contact our supplier to confirm stock availability. If the item is available, we will process your payment and dispatch your order.
If there is any delay (for example, if an item is on backorder or unavailable), we will void the authorisation and contact you using the details provided.
Order Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days, subject to stock availability.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email within 24 hours. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at info@beechandmaple.co.uk.
All deliveries are kerbside only, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is safe and suitable access for delivery.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered.
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@beechandmaple.co.uk so we can assist and, where applicable, raise a claim with the supplier or courier.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel:
- Before dispatch: we will cancel and issue a full refund
- After dispatch: you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item

Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in a resalable condition
- Unused and not installed
- Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
