Thank you for shopping with beech&maple. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery, and related matters.
We aim to deliver all orders in a timely and reliable manner across the United Kingdom.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier availability:
- In-stock items: Typically delivered within 3–5 working days
- Made-to-order or specialist items: 7–21 working days
- Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages where applicable
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change based on supplier availability.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or clearly stated on the product page
- Free delivery may be offered over a certain value
- Our standard shipping charge is £29.99
- We may offer:
- Free shipping on orders over £500.00
- Promotional shipping discounts
All applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment.
4. Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver to mainland UK. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us before placing an order.
5. Shipment Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
- Supplier processing times
- Courier disruptions
- Peak seasonal demand
- External factors beyond our control
We appreciate your patience in such situations. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed.
6. Tracking Your Order
The courier will call to book in a delivery day to suit the customer (Mon-Fri). This is day-specific, so the customer needs to stay at home on the day they request.
The delivery is kerbside only. The driver will get the lorry/vehicle as close to the property as they safely can. They will take the pallet off the vehicle and can usually move it a short distance on level, solid ground only. No steps, gravel drives etc.
From this point the customer needs to get the stove off the pallet and into the house. The driver will not be able to enter a customer’s house. We suggest a customer arranges for some help on the delivery day to get the stove into the house.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email / SMS.
Please allow 2-3 days for tracking updates to appear.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
beech&maple is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at:

We will assist in filing a claim with the courier where applicable.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with:

Photos of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
